Guests and visitors must pre-register at the Front Desk before presenting themselves in the room. All visitors are not allowed to stay overnight and must leave the premises by 11pm. Hotel reserves right to refuse entry for guests' visitors if they are not pre-registered.

Please book a time slot from front desk for use of swimming pool and gym, and indicate the number of pax. We seek your kind understanding that due to safe distancing measures, there is a capacity limit and we may not be able to fit your preferred time.

Due to the current situation, buffet breakfast is not available. If you book room with breakfast, a breakfast bento set will be served to your room.

Parking at the hotel is not available. You may park at Hotel Chancellor@Orchard just located besides us and charges apply. Please check the parking charges with hotel directly.
