Guests must inform the property of their planned check-in times at least 1 day prior to arrival, as a hotel staff will be waiting with the keys to the apartment. Payment must be made at the time of check-in. Guests arriving by car should park before walking to the hotel. Property staff will meet guests arriving on foot at the hotel and give them their apartment keys.
Please note that there is a 10-minute uphill walk to arrive at the property.
The property may not be able to accommodate arrival time changes if the property is notified on the day of arrival.
Guests are kindly requested to keep the noise level down as the property is in a quiet residential area. In particular, guests are requested to keep the noise level down in the terrace or garden during the early mornings or after 21:00.
Please note that guests are not allowed to smoke in guest rooms. Guests can smoke on the terrace.
Using fire is not allowed in any part of the hotel's premises.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are not allowed to take items from the hotel. If guests break anything, they will be responsible for reparation.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The hotel does not take responsibility in case of theft.
If staff cannot be present when the guest leaves, the room key must be left in the hotel's mailbox.
