Novotel Surfers Paradise will be temporarily closed from 31/10/2021 until 03/02/2022. We have been mandated by the Government to become a quarantine hotel for this period.

Please note that the property requires a AUD 100 pre-authorisation at time of check-in via credit card, debit card or cash, as well as an additional AUD 50 per night, to cover any incidental charges. This will be refunded upon check out, minus any incidental charges.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
