If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged.

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email. Please note the suites will receive an express service daily, which includes making the beds with existing linen, replacing towels, replacing finished amenities, stacking the dishwasher and emptying the rubbish. For stays longer than 7-nights, the suite will have a full clean, including all linen changed once every 7 days.
