ท่านจะต้องมัดจำเงินประกันความเสียหาย AUD 300 เมื่อเช็คอิน โดยจะชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต ท่านจะได้รับเงินประกันความเสียหายคืนเมื่อเช็คเอาท์ ท่านจะได้รับเงินประกันความเสียหายคืนเต็มจำนวนผ่านบัตรเครดิต โดยยอดเงินจะขึ้นอยู่กับผลการตรวจสอบความเสียหายของที่พัก

Please be aware that guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check in. Payment will be required on arrival.

A $200.00 pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival. If no credit card is available, a $300.00 cash deposit will be taken in lieu. Pre-authorisation / Cash Deposit will be released/returned upon inspection of the room.
A bond of up to $1800.00 will apply for the same day bookings. Please contact the hotel directly to discuss the bond levy.
All rooms are non-smoking, you may be charged $1800.00 in the event of the smoke alarm being set off and/or a cleaning fee of up to $300.00 if the room has been smoked in.

If payment is going to be made via credit card and the cardholder will not be present on arrival then a “credit card authority form” will be required to be filled out prior to arrival, please contact the hotel prior to arrival for the form.

In accordance with the NSW Public Health Order, all guests aged 16+ will be required to be fully vaccinated as a condition of entry to the premises. Please bring your proof of vaccination to show our friendly reception staff upon check in.

Travel Permits are required for the guests who are from the Greater Sydney including the Blue Mountains and Wollongong areas. NSW GOV APP CHECK IN is condition of entry to the property. Temperature will be scanned on your forehead on arrival. The above T&C are for all the guests under the booking made. Terms & Conditions of entry may change according to NSW Health Order.
