The name on the credit card used for the booking or advance payment of non refundable bookings should correspond to the passport name of the staying guest. The cardholder is required to show a credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. In case of any discrepancy between guest name, passport name and cardholder name in a booking, the hotel reserves the right to decline the credit card and / or the booking.

Third party credit card is only accepted if the cardholder is also present at the front desk upon check-in and is able to physically have the card read by the credit card terminal.
