※ Cancellation and Amendment Policy ※
1. When the guests cancel the booking, they need to inform hotel and may ask the operator to return the payment according to the policy.
- Guests should be aware that the reservation date is only applicable to Taiwan time (UTC+8) and cannot claim other time zones.
2. If the contract cannot be performed due to force majeure or other reasons not attributable to both parties, hotel shall immediately return all the deposit and other fees paid by the guests without interest.
- The principle of force majeure shall be announced by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Communications.
- The cause of force majeure is not determined by the guests , and the guests should be aware of the relevant risks before booking.
-For common force majeure events, relevant certificates must be provided, such as: temporary flight changes, natural disasters at departure or transit places...etc.

Hotel does not provide parking place, if guest is driving, guest can park nearby public parking places.
The property provides airport transfer with additional charge fee TWD 1300. If guests need pick up with holding Name Placard, the extra charge is TWD 100.
