◆In order to respond to environmental protection, disposable supplies (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, razor) are not provided. The guest are advised to bring their own.
◆Additional quilts and pillows are not provided. If additional quilts are required, a cleaning fee of TWD 300 per item will be charged. (Quantity is limited, subject to availability on appropriate days)
◆Accommodation includes breakfast, and breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. If the guest are unable to eat or pick up meals at the specified time, the property will not be able to prepare additional meals, and the property will not be able to offset the accommodation fee.
◆Hot water for bathing in the property is not available all day long. The hot water for bathing is heated until 23:00 and only warm water is supplied in the morning (it is not recommended to book a room if you need to take a bath in the morning). Water is hard to come by in mountainous areas, so the guest are advised to save water.
◆If the property is located in the middle of a tea garden, it is inevitable that butterflies, insects, frogs, mosquitoes and other small animals will visit you. Please consider booking a room.
◆After 10 pm, the use of public spaces is prohibited. If there is a gathering, the property cannot accommodate it. "Please do not book a room".
◆Parents with children should not let their children run and jump in the room or lobby to avoid disturbing the peace of the other guests.
◆Toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary napkins, kitchen waste, etc.! Please do not throw them into the toilet.

◆In response to environmental protection and to respect guest privacy, housekeeping staff will not enter guest rooms for cleaning during extended stays. If you need any amenities, please contact the front desk.
◆Only one child under 6 years old can be added to each room. Children under 3 years old are free of charge. Children under 6 years old will be charged a cleaning fee of RMB 500 per person per day. (need to show health insurance card)
◆This property does not have an elevator. Travelers with limited mobility and the elderly are advised to consider booking a room.
◆There is no air conditioning or heating equipment in the room. If you are afraid of the cold, please bring warm clothes or blankets.
◆When making a reservation, please be sure to inform the actual number of guests (including infants and young children) and check in according to the room type. If there is an overoccupancy without notification, the property reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse check-in.
◆Please inform property in advance if guests will arrive late. If the guest cannot be contacted on the day, the room will be reserved until 18:00 at the latest and no refund will be given.
◆The property cannot accommodate guests checking in after 8pm, so please be sure to control the time and schedule. If the guest cannot comply with "Please do not book the room".
◆In order to protect the environment and respect the privacy of guests, housekeeping staff will not enter the guest rooms to clean the rooms for extended stays. If you need supplies, please contact the front desk.
◆For guests who need to be picked up by public transportation, please make sure you have had dinner or purchased food before checking in the room. The property does not provide dinner and pick-up and drop-off dining services. It is recommended that the guest make arrangements for meals before pick-up.
◆Pets are not allowed to stay. If the guest still bring pets, the guest will be refused entry and the deposit will not be refunded.

◆Card swiping service is not provided on site. Please use cash or bank transfer to pay the remaining balance.
◆The property is not in the park, but 25 kilometers away from Alishan Forest Recreation Area. (about 40 minutes drive)
