Boat Transfer
The TAARAS boat departure times from Merang Waterfront Jetty to Redang Island are 12:30 PM, 02:30 PM and 04:30 PM. The TAARAS boat departure times from Redang Island to Merang Waterfront Jetty are 08:00 AM, 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
The ANSA passenger boat accommodates up to 30 passengers with 2 crews departs from Merang Waterfront Jetty, Kuala Terengganu to Redang Island. The boat is available for our guests with flexible timings strictly based upon request and availability of the boat. The service is pre-arranged and therefore kindly contact the resort directly.
All guest will have to pay jetty fees of MYR5 per person imposed by Malaysian government at Merang Waterfront Jetty upon arrival.
Public ferry services are available from Shahbandar Jetty to Village Jetty in Redang Island from March to October every year. Kindly contact ferry operator services from Sejahtera Ferry Service Sdn Bhd at 609 622 5233 to obtain ferry schedules or placement of reservations. Kindly take note that boarding time is 30 minutes before actual departure time.
All guests are subject to Marine Park Conservation fee which will be charged directly at the Marine Park Center. The Marine Park Conservation fee details are as below:
Adult Malaysian guests: MYR 5
Child Malaysian guests: MYR 2
Adult non-Malaysian guests: MYR 30
Child non-Malaysian guests: MYR 15
Breakfast costs MYR 80 per person per day.
Breakfast for children costs MYR 40.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate for children.
Due to the monsoon season, ferry services may be cancelled by the Marine Department. Please contact the property for more details.
Effective from 15 February 2018 onwards, room service is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM hours only.
Private transfer is available. Kindly contact the property for more details.
