A heritage tax will be applicable to stays in the state of Melaka, payable directly to the property.
Effective 1st January 2025, a heritage fee of RM3 per room per night will be applicable and collected upon check-in.
Upon check in, a refundable security deposit of RM100 is required per room for charges or damages during the stay. Any unused amounts will be refunded during checkout.
Breakfast is not included with the rooms. Guests who wish to enjoy breakfast may do so at an additional charge of RM35 per person
