【Information about room cleaning during your stay】
Starting from the check-in date of October 1, 2024, room cleaning (cleaning of inside rooms and bathrooms, changing of sheets and bed making) will be conducted once every 3 days. Regarding towel change (bath towels, face towels, bath mats, etc.), towels will be hung on the door knob of the guest room on days when room cleaning is not conducted (2nd night, 3rd night, 5th night, 6th night...).
*We will collect used towels and garbage every day. Please put them outside the door on days when room cleaning is not conducted.
We will continue to improve our services to make your stay with us more comfortable, and we will strive to be a more environmentally friendly hotel.
Although room types for Main building and Agari-kan (Agari building) are different, the request for staying at a particular building is not accepted. Any messages or requests regarding this will not be replied to.
An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Children 4-5 years old will be charged JPY 500 for breakfast per day.
Children 6 years and over are considered as adults.
Children under 4 years old will receive breakfast free of charge.
Children under 6 years old stay for free if using existing bedding.
Infant age must be filled in special request box when accompanied by infants.
Please inform the property regarding number of children, age, meal plan, and extra bed requests in the Special Request section upon booking.
This is a strictly non-smoking property effective from July 1, 2017. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
[Notice] We do not provide airport transfers.
