Change in the method of providing amenities to guestrooms
Property has set up an amenity buffet in the lobby and ask guests to bring only the items they need to their rooms, thereby reducing the amount of plastic used.
Change in the method of cleaning guest rooms for consecutive-night stays
As part of the efforts to protect the environment, property will change the cleaning style of guest rooms for consecutive-night stays to "change towels/bath towels, collect garbage, and replenish mineral water" only, without entering the room.
For hygiene reasons, we will clean the guest room every 4 nights.
If guest wishes to have their room cleaned on a day other than the cleaning day, staff can come in and clean the room for an additional fee.
Please request this at the front desk by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your stay.
*After 1 October 2023, if you wish to have your stay cleaned, the fee will be "1 room/@JPY 1500 (incl. tax)".
