(Information on Fuel Charges)The billed amount to be paid upon check-out is as follows:■ 1,100 yen per room (excluding tax)Reason: The cost of energy such as electricity, water, and gas has skyrocketed remarkably. In order to provide our guests with a more comfortable stay, we have made great efforts to maintain appropriate facilities and improve our services, but our efforts to date have not covered the situation.Therefore, from August 1, 2023 (Tuesday), we have decided to charge a fuel charge separately from the accommodation fee. In order to reduce the burden on our customers as much as possible, we have decided to keep the fee as minimal as possible.
Bathing tax per 1 person is 150 JPY (Pay to hotel directly).
Check-in is not possible after 12:00 AM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to provide an estimated time of arrival in the Special Request section upon booking.
Check-in time for guests who book room only or with breakfast plan is between 03:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Check-in time for guests who book room with half board plan is between 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM.
Children 0-5 years old stay for free if using existing bed.
Children 6-12 years old will be charged 70 % of the adult price.
Children 13 years and over are considered as adults.
Guests arriving after 06:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
Guests with food allergies or preferences are advised to notify the property in advance via the Special Request box.
Meals are available for children 5 years and above. Advance reservation by phone or email is required. Any cancellation after arrival is subject to a cancellation fee.
Please inform the property regarding number of children and age in the Special Request section upon booking.
